Alexander Helander is a Swedish adaptive wakeboard rider who competes in the seated wakeboard category, a parasport discipline of wakeboarding that allows athletes with lower-body disabilities to ride in a seated position. He has represented Sweden at international cable wakeboard events under the governance of the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF). Alexander uses adaptive equipment and teams with advocates for active lifestyles for people with disabilities. As an adaptive athlete, he appears on social media as @ampisallen, where he shares his experiences in wakeboarding and other adaptive sports, promoting accessibility and inclusivity. Alexander has competed in European and World seated wakeboard competitions, participating in the World Cable Wakeboard & Wakeskate Championship and the Wakeboard Seated Open Men category at major IWWF events. He continues to be active within the adaptive wakeboard community and is involved in spreading awareness of adaptive sports opportunities.
