Marshall “Major” Gehrke is an American BMX athlete known for both BMX racing and freestyle. Born and raised in Antioch, Illinois, he began riding BMX bikes at a very young age and quickly rose to prominence in youth BMX competitions. Marshall gained national attention with multiple wins in BMX racing, including the 10-Year-Old Cruiser title at the 2017 USA BMX Grand Nationals and later successes at various events such as Derby City and Legacy Nationals. Beyond racing, he has showcased advanced freestyle BMX skills — including pulls such as front flips — at events like Rumble in Richmond. Gehrke’s charismatic personality and athletic versatility also earned him appearances on national TV, including the BYUtv series "All-Round Champion," spotlighting young athletes excelling across multiple sports. In 2023, he expanded his BMX pursuits by signing with the Hyper BMX team, indicating his growth in both racing and freestyle divisions.
