Alexander Helander is a Swedish adaptive wakeboard rider who competes in the seated wakeboard category, a parasport discipline of wakeboarding that allows athletes with lower-body disabilities to ride in a seated position. He has represented Sweden at international cable wakeboard events under the governance of the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (IWWF). Alexander uses adaptive equipment and teams with advocates for active lifestyles for people with disabilities.
