Eleonora Farina, born in Trento, Italy, is a prominent figure in women's downhill mountain biking. Growing up in the Italian Alps, she developed a deep connection with the rugged trails and breathtaking landscapes of the region, which fueled her passion for the sport. Farina began her downhill mountain biking career at the age of 21 and quickly showcased her talent and dedication. She has achieved significant milestones, including becoming a two-time European Elite Downhill Champion in 2017 and 2023, and a four-time Italian National Downhill Champion. In 2017, she secured a notable fourth-place finish at the World Championships in Cairns, Australia. Farina represents the MS Intense Racing team and has been a consistent competitor in the UCI World Cup and other prestigious events.
